The further into your entrepreneurial journey you get, the more comfortable you get with discomfort
My journey in online business has been a total rollercoaster of success, failure, recovery, and repeating the cycle
It can wreck havoc with your emotions, your mental health and even your family life especially when times are more bad than good.
Here’s 3 ways to deal with the swings and roundabouts of entrepreneurship
- No pain no gain
Remember, nothing in life worth having comes easy. If it was easy to attain, the value of attaining it disappears.
How much something is worth is usually a direct correlation to the amount of time & difficulty it takes to extract, produce or learn something that most other people can’t attain.
You are building value into your life, don’t expect it to be easy. I know, I know, you don’t think it’s easy. But are you prepared for JUST how hard it really is? ‘Cos I wasn’t.
- Mindset shift – What you GET to do not HAVE to do
Every morning you dread your to-do list. The little things, the big things, the commitment, deep work blocks, emails.
Don’t you wish you just had no one bothering you so you could be left alone. Or take a vacation with 10 Mil in the bank and never come back.
The thing is, realise how lucky you are. You have good health, you have your mind, the use of your limbs and most of all, you have an opportunity.
Every single day you have the liberty to spend your time trying to build your life and future into a vision you created for yourself.
Either full time or part time you still have the chance to build your vision. That is fucking awesome, many times in history what we do today was literally impossible.
Stop crying over your have to-do list and turn it into your GET to do list.

- Realise that it is temporary
Everyone goes through difficult times, bar no one. From the richest man in the world down to the poorest. Abe Lincoln had a quote that he felt could be used in any situation. “This too, shall pass”.
If things are shit now, you’re stressed, business not going well or anything else. Just remember it will pass. Soon, later, sometime.
Will you be worried about your current problems in 10 years? Probably not. Get the head down and get back to building that life of yours. Shit gets hard, then shit gets good again. That’s all you need to know
