    Charge enough for your box so you make AT LEAST 35% margin
    Closer to 50% is ideal
    Even if you start making a lot of sales
    If you don’t earn enough, you’re robbing Peter to pay Paul
    Innovate your supply chain (get stuff cheaper)
    Introduce higher-tiered (more expensive) subscription plans
    If all else fails, raise prices

  3. Leverage email marketing
    Email is the key to a sustainable and profitable business
    It’s free
    It’s scalable
    It’s easy to use

    If you’re still sleeping on email
    2024 is unlikely to be any easier for you
